This is how to install and use DTL. (Download link above).
- Access the Daemon Tools folder. It’s usually in C>Program Files>DAEMON Tools Lite
- Double click on DTLite4335-0068.exe
- Let it install and if it asks you. Make a shortcut Icon to the Desktop
- When it finishes installing, restart computer.
- Run DTL and there should be a little blue thunderbolt icon on the bottom right corner of the screen. Double click that and the main console should appear.
- You’ll see 8 buttons in the middle of the window. Ignore all of them, except for one. Click on the Disc with the little plus next to it.
- Locate the folder that contains your image (iso file).
- When you find it, click on files of type > All Files (*.*)
- Select the image file and click open.
- You’ll notice that in the image catalog text will appear.
- Click on that text and then click on the little disk with the right green arrow pointing right.
- It should now be mounted on your computer.
- Now access My Computer > F: Drive. It should also have the Logo of the mounted image on it.

When I read this I realised that the OP posted an older version of the most current Daemon Tools release. Daemon Tools Lite v4.35.6 (Freeware) fixes some bugs and provided new features with the following changes:
- Added MDX (Media Data eXtended) format support
- Added DAEMON Tools Windows Sidebar gadget skin selection
- Added Drag’n'drop support in the Windows sidebar (a Windows gadget)
- Added a setting “Open Mount’n'Drive Manager on start” in Options
- Added “-help” command line switch
Fixed a bug where a SanDisk USB flash drive with U3 and disc imaging engine were identified as incompatible
Here is a mirror of the current version:-
