I installed the game, copy src folder in my game folder, but when I want to play it says:
The Ubisoft account you entered doesn´t exist…

I try reinstall Ubi game launcher, whole game, but still the same problem.
I had installed AC II with server emulator, maybe this could be problem?!
How can I remove ACII from my regiter in win, it could help?

My WASD keys are not working instead the Arrows are working in its place…as a matter of fact none of the letter keys work.tried PS2 and USB keyboard.Pls help.

I downloaded the game from piratebay.org. The torrent was from skidrow. I installed the game and applied the crack. I copied all the files from the crack folder and pasted it in the game folder. I replaced the files. But when I start the game, I get nothing. No error, no game nothing. I downloaded the crack files separately. This time when I replaced the files I get an error saying that “lead engine file is missing” . But when I checked the file lead engine in the splinter cell game folder its right there. I use nvidia graphics card. I was able to play mass effect 2 in high settings. Why am I unable to play this one. Please help me.

I downloaded everythig just fine, mounted and installed it, coppied everything fine, but when I run the gu.exe all I get is a black screen and nothing happens. Please Help!!

My problem is that I do all the things as you said (install it, copy the src folder from SKIDROW to C:/Program Files/…) and when I launch the gu.exe from the Splinter Cell’s folder, the game seems to start but it doesn’t work.
It tries to open the program, but the window opens and close in a second, I have an Asus M51Va, with 4GB, Windows 7 Ultimate 32bits, ATI Radeon 3650, Core 2 Duo.
I have tried thousands of times and I still can’t play, Last week I updated my laptop to Windows 7 from Vista, where I had the same error…

Maybe im not understanding the way this forum works…if so excuss me. I have posted a comment or rather a reply to the exact problem i am having. Then get 6 mails saying i have a reply….yet no reply. Please help someone this is extremely frustrating after downloading a 8Gig file. Ok i am having a HUGE problem with all this, first off i cant find an ISO file, second i think im doing this all wrong can sumone give me a step by step walkthrough from finding or creating and ISO file and where to go from there?

I don’t have video my graphic drivers for windows 7 , but I don’t need them because the laptop have installed them for me.
When I go to the device manager it recognizes my ATI Radeon HD 3650, but I tried to install Ati Catalyst Control Center for windows 7, but it doesn’t install it, I’ve read that ATI CCC gives problems to when installing, can anyone help me?

i can install every game except Ubisoft games. When i mount the iso (games from ubisoft such as Assassins Creed 2 and Splinter Cell Conviction), i can’t seem to be able to install it. I can see the splash screen when i mount the iso, and when i click on “install”, nothing happens. I checked with my windows task manager, and it says there’s no programs running at all!

I have checked my system, and i can confirm that they meet the requirements for the above games. I just can’t install these 2 games. I’m running on Win XP SP3. Someone please help!

I reinstalled my system and installed the latest drivers for my gpu & installed DirextX9.0c and after installing the game and copying the crack files to the games directory and starting the game i see the 1st four splash screens (Ubisoft, Splinter cell, Unreal, and a screen with some text) and after the screen goes black with a three dots circling in the right bottom corner with music playing and after it stays there foreever and nothing happens & i have to restart the PC.

Hi, i have installed and unistalled this game about 8 times now and i keep getting the same error code 2 problem. I do not have avg but norton 360 antivirus. I have completely disabled norton and my windows firewall and i still get the repeated error code 2 message. I have the game mounted as an iso with magiciso. I have copied the gu.exe, conviction_game.exe into the src->system folder as I have been told to so. I then copied the ubiobitapi_r2.dll application extension into the Ubisoft Game Launcher folder as i have also been told to do so. It is skidrows version of the game and many have said it works fine but i can not seem to get it to work. I have read all the comments here and tried everything even spent an hour-2 searching for other solutions and still get the same error code 2. Please if someone can help me right a response! I really want to play this game.

Alright, i’ve finally found the solution to game crashing upon game launch. Simply delete systemdetection.dll in src/system folder. Enjoy!

I have checked that when I open the file gu.exe (yes, I have deleted the systemdetection.dll), the Windows Task Manager shows a Process called conviction_game, but in a second it shows like a window trying to show up, and then the process is gone….
Still don’t know why it happens….

okay i managed to get to play it after getting all the instructions right. windows xp sp3 and my system does indeed meet the requirements to play it. The only problem is that it freezes from time to time. any ideas what i should do?

it doesn’t crash. it just freezes for about 30 seconds…usually it occurs during cutscenes, and there’s like a pause. kinda frustrating, as it interrupts the gameplay. also, i realised that when i alert all guards in an area and they start shooting at me, there’s pauses here and there. otherwise, when i approach using stealth without alerting the guards, everything runs smoothly. could it be due to my gpu? i updated the latest driver. mine’s NVidia Geforce 8400 GS. or i need to update to a better graphics card? i checked that my system’s meets the requirements for the game.

My suggestion for guys who r facing problem playing the game on XP should switch to WIN7 if they can as on WIN7 it is playing smmothly for me and on XP i even cant start the game.

In my case, before I deleted systemdetection.dll and ran, the game crashed on launch, as described in the second error.

After I delete the dll, a window pops up, saying it can’t find systemdetection.dll. I press ok, the game still lauches, for a second only, and crashes like before.

Any solution here?

I actually got it to run once using the skidrow crack. However, it was choppy and so i downloaded latest drivers as well as updated to version 1.02. Now I’m always stuck with the loading screen with the 3 dots? My internet connection is online and I meet the minimum specs (exceed it actually). Any ideas?

Hello, so i had cracked, made a path to what i beleive is the cracked folder to the game folder, then i try gu.exe, and it still says error code 2. Please, i need help. i have tried this for the past 3 hours

please help, i already install the game, first its not working (error 2) so to solve that i disable my antivirus (mcafee) temporary, so i set it on after i restart the PC. after that i copy all the crack file and play the game (working). But after i restart the computer one of the crack file got detected and deleted, so i must disable it again and copy it again to play, but after i restart it back to the problem, please help thanks guys.

Hi im having this problem in the crack skidrow folder there is a dll and my anti virus says its a “virus” and i ignored it then after that i tried copy paste it on the directory it says about need permission to everyone but im using admin how can i fix this!

Hi when i start the game, a program opens for a split second. Then after like 10 sec a box opens and it says: Ubisoft Game Launcher error code 2.
When i delete/rename the systemdetection.dll it the same but another box opens and it says: Can’t find systemdetection.dll
I dont use AVG i use ESET Smart Protection. But i tried to disable the protections but its the same!

Did everything as suggested. Game even launches up to even main menu where it says press any key, but then i get the message “Game.lost connection.Resume” then it kicks out of the game. Please help!

I bought Splinter Cell Conviction dvd a month ago.When I open the gamelauncher it requires internet to start the game.I want to play the game on offline method.Is there any crack(single player) to play the game on OFFLINE mode.Plz suggest a link to download the crack.

I get the game running and all but the problem is that when i run the game, it lags. I get to the start menu, click play and it works. But as soon as I get in-game, it starts to lag = its really slow and it like hacks itself forward. I don´t have a .iso file

I have installed the game using the Skidrow .iso, applied the Skidrow crack, then applied the Skidrow 1.03 patch and crack. I’ve cracked both the Conviction and the Ubisoft Game Launcher folder. Whenever I attempt to load the game, it starts up and then brings me to a screen with a Splinter Cell character standing over a wrecked room; a hazy red cloud with three lights in it is above him. I can rotate the mouse and try to move the character with WASD, but never reach a menu screen.

I do not understand why this is occurring, and I haven’t seen anyone else report this. If anyone has any advice for this problem, I would greatly appreciate it.

Yesterday i ran a scan of the entire computer with AVG,normaly it doesnt find anything but yesterday it found a “virus” (false positive) in SCC and deleted the file without asking me.Now every time i try to play the game same thing pops-up Error Code 2.I reinstalled the game and the Ubisoft Launcher,applied SKIDROW crack again,even placed exepctions in AVG for every file of SCC,but nothing i still get the same error,i’ve read your post about issue and did everything but still it wont work.Please Help.

Spot on info! I had some problems before I updated my directX and then the AVG issues but so long as u allow the ubiorbitapi_ whatever file it works fine!!

i downloaded the torrent from kickasstorents, i couldnt find the .iso file but i autoran it and installed the game, than i downloaded the crack and replaced the files in the crack. but when i try to start the game it says something about setting the “RenderGamma@L3s@@YAXM@Z” do u know wat this means?? and did i do anything wrong

Tried downloading SKIDROW torrent, applied the 1.02 patch, applied crack…but two things are stuffing up.

1) I can’t copy the ubiorbitapi_r2.dll thing into anything…whenever I copy the file, it dissapears instantly from whereever I copied it too! It just won’t stay, no matter what I do…it just dissapears…it’s ridiculous

2) Error code 2! I don’t have AVG, I’ve tried everything. I have Norton, and I disabled that, so I don’t what could be happening. As I said, I’m using the 1.02 crack + patch, and I don’t see anything else that I could possibly do!

hello i installed the game copyed the dll (i put it on the avg exeptions)
and i can play but i have a hell of a lagg heres my pc stats:
xp home edition
intel pentium dual cpu 2.00GHz
2GB RAM
nvidia geforce 8500 GT silenced
and i have a DVI to HDMI cable to the LG tv
after the installation i have 27GB free hard disc space…
can please anybody help me it lags a lot and sometimes i need to restart my pc…

It installed the game, added the exceptions of the game folder and the crack folder (I have AVG) and then copied the crack to the game folder. The game worked fined until I played it the next day where the error code 2 came up. Can’t seem to get rid of this even though I had already added the exceptions. I tried reinstalling but the same message came up.

ok, i do this:
1. Open AVG User Interface.
2. Go to Tools -> Advanced settings -> Resident Shield -> Exceptions -> Add Path
3. Find and select both the game folder and the crack folder.
4. Apply -> OK.
5. All files should now be moveable from the crack folder to the game folder and “Error 2″ should stop as well.
And i still have problem “Error Code 2″

Look at the autorun.ini. It shows garbage. This is proof for an unpacking error.

Use 7zip to unpack, not winrar.

Now it works.

it was telling me error code 2 and i did avg ectt and it worked i played it for 1 day and the day after it toled me the same error code 2 :SSS helppp …..

Hi!! I installed the game and it worked.. i only have one problem.. when i start the game the ubisoft logo comes up with one second of sound and then the sound goes off.. now i cant play the game with sound please help me, i want to hear the conversations and gun shots.. thank you..

Hi … I installed the game and when i used to play the conviction_game file, the is launched and usually the pictures appear like unreal games but while it moves further after some time pops up a window that conviction.exe has stopped working and 2 options appear 1) close the window 2) check for online solution. can u please help and besides this i m using laptop having 2GB RAM intel core 2 duo @ 1.83 ghz, 32-bit operating system Thank you

Hi. can someone help me ? how to fix tom clancy’s splinter cell conviction. im install the game. ant i finish install. then installing the patch 1.0.4 when. i copy skidrow crack. to the my folder there my game installed. when i click duoble on the gu.exe. im waiting runing black screen and errors. Writes Critical error. General protection fault!. please help me what problem ???

My game working. Just download game from torrent.lt and dont download any crack. then go tom clancys splinter cell conviction game folder mount it with virtual cone dvd or damon tool. when you mount. open folder where you mount. when click autorun. and install. when you installed game. dont run the patch where ubisoft download press no!!. when if not start game go to the skidrow folder. copy all. and paste where game are installed. and working 100%

Hi guys. I know there’s a thread on this before, I’ve read it, but I still can’t figure out what to do.
I’ve downloaded everything, but the moment I try to install, I’m getting this msg:

I haven’t used WinRar, the downloaded file is an ISO, so I’m mounting using both Daemon Tools Lite and MagicISO. Running setup gives the above msg, I even tried running the autorun, but got another msg saying “the version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows you’re running” or some shit like that.
I’m using Win7 64bit, AMD Phenom II X6 1045T 2.70GHz, 6 GB DDR3 RAM, ATI Radeon HD 5450 1GB.
I’m sorry if I seem dumb, but nobody’s ever really explained stuff to me, and this is something I really can’t seem to figure out on my own! Please help!

figured it out. when running the game after installing and cracking, the game launches a system validation, and then am getting the problem. on a hunch, i uninstalled and reinstalled, only this time, before launching the game, i located the convictionuserpc .ini file and changed system validation to “false”. Worked, playing like a charm now! just fyi in case anyone else had the same prob.

Game working 1% because my keyboard is not working in game. My keyboard is working fine on main menu and in game Esc key is working but I can’t do any other stuff like walking, attacking, jumping with my keyboard. My keyboard is new.

installed the game.. ddnt update… transfered the cracks… game opens with black screen and closes again… been reinstalling it like 5 times… with the sa problem -__- (*&^%!!!!!!

Ok, so. I really would like some help because Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Conviction is working fine. The only thing that it’s not working fine is that while i’m playing the game it stops. Then after a few seconds or minutes it completes. What can I do to stop this happening to me? Thanks For Your Help

I played it earlier when the game was released and it did not show such an error but it has now become such an annoying stupid error….piece of shit :/
anybody with any solution will help me greatly

ok so i figured it out myself… i take back my thanks
just copy all the files from the disk (3 would be there) to your hardisk in 1 place (dont keep in different folders)
use alcohol120%, power iso, etc, etc (mine worked with alcohol)
to mount the image file and there you go . Bingo xD

How do you set up a LAN on Splinter Cell Conviction. It keeps on giving me and my friend errors that says: “Unable to connect. Connection not responding” Do you need to be online and is there a patch or crack to fix this problem? please…..

I HAD THE SYSTEM VALIDATION CRASH.DELETED THE systemdetection.dll file BUT STILL ITS NOT WORKING.IT SHOWS THAT THE FILE IS MISSING.I DOWNLOADED THE CRACK FROM SKIDROW.WINDOWS 7 64 BIT OS.
